CoachCarla has been working 1:1 with individuals for almost 20 years. Her heart-centered approach to training, combined with a broad set of fitness modalities and tools used in the gym and in homes, helps transform clients and bring them to a stronger version of themselves.
Group intensives can be organized a number of ways, both in the gym and outside. Intensives are most commonly produced over a 5 or 7-day period, but they can be designed to accommodate a particular group’s schedule and fitness goals.
